Data Analyst - II
Job Title: HR Workforce Intelligence Analyst
Execute data queries across multiple data sources in support of HR reporting needs. Format query results in various ways including Excel and Power BI. Develop and maintain ongoing people and workforce metrics, reports, analysis compensation and talent & diversity dashboards, identifying KPIs to drive key hiring and workforce decisions. Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation. Utilize advanced Excel formula and programming knowledge for data mining and complex implementations. Able to analyze complex data and communicate the resulting insights with clarity. Someone who can "tell the story", not just present numbers. Apply expertise in statistical inference, data mining, and visual presentation of data to help inform and support our business and workforce decisions. Develop models, reports and dashboards and monitor the validity of the data across various data stores.
Experience in Human Resources organization and working with confidential HR data. Experience with analytical tools supporting data analysis and reporting (Birst, Tableau, Qlikview, Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) BA/BS degree in MIS or business, mathematics or statistics, or other quantitative disciplines. (In Iieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience). Exceptional communication skills. Solid understanding of data modeling techniques. Ability to effectively work with internal teams across numerous functions and levels. Ability to quickly learn complex business processes and understand the underlying transactional systems. Ability to professionally and maturely handle confidential personal information. Expert in MS Excel. Years of experience required for this position: 4-5 years HS diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates.
