MUST be able to process 100+ invoices daily - THIS MUST BE SHOWN ON THEIR RESUME
Must have excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.)
General knowledge of business applications (JDE)
MUST have 2+ years of RECENT Clerical AND Accounting Assistance experience
Preferred 5+ years of RECENT Clerical AND Accounting Assistance experience
Able to work well under pressure and in a team atmosphere

JOB DUTIES:
Receive, process, code, and submit all purchase (Stock and Expense) PO's to Accounting for vouchering
Perform misc. clerical duties such as but not limited to: Answering multiline phone system, maintaining files of open and closed PO's, and maintain working excel document for daily MFG shipments to heat treat.
Backup Data Entry and maintenance of daily labor entry.


Required Experience:
2+ years Clerical

Preferred Experience:
5+ years Clerical and Accounting Assistance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated ability to: Work Well under pressure and in a team atmosphere
General knowledge of: Microsoft Word, Excel, and business applications (JDE)

High School Diploma or equivalent
