Role Description : Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up- to- date. Must Have Skills : TOSCA Testsuite Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) - Minimum 8+ years of experience across the testing and automation. - Minimum 3+ years of experience using TOSCA for performing automation testing Day to day Job Responsibilities a Automation Testing using TOSCA for Mainframe application (BPCS & LX) web based/ other secondary customized application: Understanding Business processes, developing script, Execution, Debugging and Reporting b Should be able to understand UAT business scenarios and user stories and develop the scripts based on test cases c Run/ execute existing functional and non- functional test cases/ scripts d Should be able to articulate and communicate with stakeholders on status reporting, issues and risks e Ensure adherence to the project testing processes and deliver as per expected quality and timeline 2: Professional Experience a Experience on TOSCAmandatory b Experience in test management tool ALM c Proven test automation skill d Flexible in considering work assignment e Defect Tracking/ Reporting: Provide accurate and reproducible qualitative defect reporting, bug scrubs, and quality metrics with project core team f Strong technical and non- technical communication skills both written and spoken Travel: This position requires someone who can work at client location and hence necessary travel required. Preferred location is Dallas Tx. Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
