GDH Consulting is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work onsite in Raleigh, NC.

Details

Experienced administrative professional providing various organizational services for multiple executives.

Greet callers, route and resolve information requests. Coordinate "outlook" calendars. Type correspondence, compile data for statistical reports. Maintain paper and electronic files. 5 years of experience are required.

Minimum Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Experience using MS Outlook, MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel office products 
  • Experience setting up video conferencing meetings; Cisco WebEx and Telepresence preferred. 
Desired Skills
  • Familiar with Oracle procurement platform for managing PO's and purchasing. 
  • Familiar with Concur Travel and Expense platform. 
  • Coordinate employee recognition and team events. 
  • Cisco experience a plus. 
Duties
  • Oversee complex appointment calendars, arrange multi-city domestic and international travel for several executives. 
  • Handle booking of conference and meeting rooms. 
  • Handle booking and facilitate video and audio conferences. 
  • Handle sensitive materials with confidentiality and integrity.
