Integration Manager/Lead

Client's business problem to solve:
Integration of the HealthRules platform into the existing health plan ecosystem to facilitate the exchange of data and transactions covering the common health plan data domains, including Claims, Accum, Enrollment, Finance/Billing and Provider.

Position's General Duties and Tasks:

The client Data Platform Enablement team is looking for a seasoned Integration Manager/Lead, with a background in .NET, Java, web services/SOA and ESBs, to work on and lead development projects related to interfaces, data migration, conversion, data reporting, and analysis. The development projects are critical, high value initiatives that are frequently part of a larger enterprise IT strategy at healthcare insurance companies.
• Integration liaison and contact with Client and HealthEdge technology teams.
• Provides direction and guidance to client Technical Analysts and Developers assigned to the HRP Deployment team.
• Lead a development team comprised of Integration Analysts and Integration Developers on complex implementations of HealthRules for a Client.
• Participate in Sprint sessions following the client HRP Agile methodology.
• Assist in capturing client requirements and with integration and reporting development as needed.
• Participate in Sprint sessions following the client HRP Agile methodology.
• Analyze customer data and provide expertise to understand the client needs for HRP implementations, covering integrations, migrations and reporting.
• Design, develop, code, test and debug complex integration solutions for client implementations.
• Design and develop integrations required for interfaces, conversions or operational reporting.
• Manage time effectively, communicate status accurately to scrum masters and project managers.
• Performing all job functions consistent with client policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII.

Required Skills:
• Four-year degree in CS or related field
• Minimum of 9+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise class server applications using java.
• Development experience on the Linux/Apache or Microsoft stack environments.
• Experience with complex data analysis, data migrations, and system integration, strong object oriented programming skills.
• Hands-on development experience using Java/J2EE, XML, SOAP, Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, etc.), Middleware, .NET and/or SQL.
• Experience working with integration middleware or enterprise system bus technologies (ESB).
• Good consulting and communication skills, previous experience with in customer-facing roles on professional services projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead development teams.
• Experience with source control software.
• Experience in the health insurance industry is preferred.
